Embrace Muskegon is a faith based non-profit founded by the leadership of Front Porch Church. EM was created with the intent to offer community based programming in a way that will strengthen and knit together the people of Muskegon. It was born out of the vision to see kids and teens fall in love with reading, embracing healthy eating and exercise, and inviting adults to serve as mentors, so as to offer young people a fresh future. Embrace Muskegon offers a range of programs, featuring Embrace Books, a free bookstore that exists to get books into everyone’s hands, because stories open our imaginations for endless possibilities!
Embrace Muskegon also offers a recovery program, Embrace Recovery, which meets on Monday nights, for those looking for grace-filled support in recovering from alcohol or drug addictions, as well as those suffering from depression and anxiety issues and those who have experienced divorce. We are all recovering from something, so Embrace Recovery exists so that no one has to recover alone.
Embrace Muskegon is thrilled to offer opportunities to serve and collaborate with our neighbors in order to celebrate the great city of Muskegon, and we’d love to have you partner with us.
